Animals, like most people, do not like severe frosts. Of course, wool serves as additional protection from low temperatures, but if the thermometer drops sharply below zero, they do not guarantee that the animal will easily endure the winter. The cold snap is especially difficult for domestic dogs accustomed to heat.
The hero of this story is a man, who passing by the dog sitting on the sidewalk, noticed that the animal was shivering from the cold. The dog was tied near the post office and couldn’t hide from the cold and wind, or even just run around to keep warm. Probably, the owner of the animal went to the post office and spent a lot of time there, not thinking at all that the frost approaching -20 could seriously harm his pet.
But a casual passer-by thought about it. He sat down next to the dog and began to hug him,
trying to warm him up even a little. The stranger sat with the dog until the negligent owner returned for the animal. It’s not known how the animal would have endured the cold without the warm embrace of a stranger.
Do not leave your four-legged friends outside in winter, remember that severe freeze can seriously undermine their health. If a dog has cold paws and ears, it trembles and whines in the cold, then you need to help it warm up and it does not matter if that’s your animal or you accidentally noticed it on the street.
