The family gathered in another city on a business trip. People had to be away for several days, so they took care of their pets in advance — the neighbors took the dog, and left food and water for the cats Winston and Sia, and also asked the owner’s mother to visit them a couple of times.
People left, but already on the first day their plan went awry. When the woman came to visit the cats, only Winston was at home. Sia disappeared, the inspection of the whole house did not give a result. The situation repeated itself during the second visit of the wife — the cat was waiting for her in the room, and Sia disappeared. For 4 days the woman could not find Sia, and then the mistress of the animals herself returned.
Entering the house, the hostess began to call the cat and she immediately made herself known with a loud meow. By the sound, the woman found her pet, which had been hiding behind the sofa all this time. The cat did not move, the owner suggested that she was injured or ill. Picking up the animal, the owner saw that her pet was crying.
Such a reaction is typical for people after a long separation, but no one expected such a reaction from a cat. Sia snuggled up to the mistress, meowed and snorted, as if trying to tell how she survived these days without her, and at the same time reproach the woman for leaving them alone with Winston.
Winston reacted to the return of the hostess in a completely different way, it seemed that he simply did not notice that there were no people for so long, because his bowl was always full, and this is the main thing.
