Old dog Martin found a puppy freezing in a snowdrift. He decided to save it and take it to a warm place. The poor thing no longer moved and Martin, taking it by his teeth, dragged it to where it was warm.
Martin knew that his master was kind and would definitely help the puppy. He dragged the baby into the house and laid it on his rug. The puppy was trembling, because it was very cold and could not get warm in any way.
The owner of Martin poured the poor little cub milk, it drank a little and turned away, since it did not have the strength to swallow.
Gradually the trembling began to subside, and the baby fell asleep. It slept restlessly, shuddering and whining all the time. The puppy slept for many hours, and after it woke up, it was carefully examined by the man.
The owner didn’t like the legs of the animal. He wrapped the puppy in a warm blanket and took it to the veterinary clinic. There it was examined by a veterinarian and prescribed medication.
A week later, the puppy became active, began to eat porridge, walk around the house and even bark at Martin, but he only looked at the puppy with affection.
The baby was named Frost. It turned out to be a very playful and affectionate kid. And it was also very curious, it was interested in everything, so Martin had to drag it away from unsafe places all the time.
